How Do I Clean Ceramic Tile?

Answer:
No matter how dirty they get, it is not that difficult

to get them looking shiny and good again. The best part is that the process doesn’t take that long to do.

If you have an overhead fan, make sure you turn it on. It is also a good idea to open a window or door. The fumes from the cleaning chemicals can make you sick if you are working in an enclosed area. Fold a towel or get something else soft to kneel on so you don’t get sore.

For best results when cleaning the tile, buy oxygen bleach powder. This type of product will not only make the tiles sparkle and really do a great job of cleaning your grout. Mix this bleach with some water. Apply some of the mix to areas of the floor that you want to clean. You will want to allow the mixture to sit on the floor for thirty to sixty minutes. At this point, lightly scrub the grout until it becomes spotless. You will want to use a brush for this step. After you are finished, rinse the floor with clean water in order to remove any residue from the bleach. Use clean towels to polish to tiles and they will sparkle.
