How Can I Get Big Muscles?

Anyone can get big muscles only by following simple to follow steps and maintaining the exercise routine and diet chart. The simple steps which are to be followed in order to get Big Muscles are given below: -
(1) Firstly concentrate on your diet by consuming more proteins, moderate amount of carbohydrates and lesser amount of fats.
(2) Eat 4-6 small meals instead of 3 big meals.
