What Is Andropause?

Andropause, also known

as Male Menopause, is defined as the medical phenomenon similar to the female menopause which is mainly affecting men between the ages of 45-55. 

Andropause is generally marked by decline in testosterone levels which in turn results in changes in attitude, moods, fatigue, and a loss of energy, sex drive, and physical agility. The treatment approach towards andropause includes hormone replacement therapy, as well as exercise, dietary changes, and stress reduction. 

Sometimes it is also being observed that persons suffering from andropause tend to be more closure to their family and are more interested in domestic issues as compared to when they were younger. These domestic issues can be like roles of cooking, cleaning, and looking after children and many more.
